Anne Burrell
Anne W. Burrell (born 25th August, 1949) is an American TV chef who is a popular personality. She also was a former instructor of the Institute of Culinary Education. Burrell hosts the Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant Chef and is co-host of Worst Cooks in America. Ann Burrell's Food Network show Secrets of a Restaurant chef, with her trademark spikey blonde locks and pump up appearance, offers simple techniques that anybody can learn. Chef Burrell is also a veteran of New York City's best restaurants. Additionally, she has explored Italy's cuisine and culture, as well as the landscape. Growing up in the upper reaches of New York area, Chef Burrell found a passion of cooking and food at a young age. The Culinary Institute of America was the next step when she earned the Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from Canisius College Buffalo NY.
